All sales are final. All sales are in U.S. Dollars. We apologize, but we are not able to give refunds. Once an order is placed, a customer’s contest entries are automatically and immediately submitted to our sweepstakes administrator company. We cannot tamper with the entries for the current festival tickets giveaway.
Unfortunately, we do not exchange product(s) due to hygiene and safety.
All orders are processed within 5-7 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of the order, we will contact customer via email. Ravers Naturals LLC are not responsible and cannot be held liable for the timing and/or quality of any shipping services.
At this time, we will not be shipping internationally except for Canada. Please subscribe to our newsletter to learn when we will begin fulfilling international orders for our global raver community.
You agree that you as the customer are using our services at your own risk, and that they are being provided to you on an "AS IS" basis. We are not liable, and customer agrees not to hold us responsible for any damages or losses, resulting directly or indirectly. Once an item is packaged and shipped, we are no longer responsible for any damages, shipping delays, or mis-handling on behalf of the shipping carrier or upon the delivery of the order to customer’s mail room, place of business, or where or how the placement of package was left by the carrier at the address provided by the customer. If you have questions or issues with your shipment, you must contact the shipping carrier, with the provided tracking number on your order.
