ORDER STATUS

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Our goal is to have your order packaged, sent to the post office, and it is on its way to you within 1 business day of placing your order so you can enjoy them ASAP. Orders placed on weekends will ship on Monday unless it is a national holiday.

HOW CAN I SEE IF MY ORDER HAS SHIPPED?

After you receive your order confirmation email after check-out, you will receive an email with your shipment tracking number that will be required to track your package. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your junk or spam folder. If you cannot find any confirmation at all, please email info@raversnaturals.com, there is a chance you may have an error in your order information.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE THE SHIPPING CARRIER TO DELIVER?

All shipping time is based on your location. We ask that you follow the progress all of your packages using the usps.com website.

MY ADDRESS IS WRONG ON MY ORDER!

Please contact customer support immediately. Send an email to info@raversnaturals.com.  Please include the correct address, your order number and your name in the email. If you catch the mistake within 24 hours, we can usually correct it before your initial shipment is sent, so send the email the moment you discover the error. If your package has already shipped, please follow the tracking number and let customer support know when the tracking status says the package is being returned or if the package was delivered to the incorrect address. 

MY PACKAGE GOT SENT BACK, AM I STILL ENTERED IN THE DRAWING?

Definitely! Product delivery and the contest entries are two separate processes. When you place your order on our website, the moment you click submit two things happen:

1. Your festival giveaway contest entries are recorded.

2. Your product choices are transmitted to our team for fulfillment. 

MY PACKAGE IS BEING SENT BACK TO RAVERS NATURALS! WHAT DO I DO?

Don't panic! We've got this! Send an email to customer support (info@raversnaturals.com) that states your complete address, including any apartment number that should be on there. We will update that order to show the correct address, so we can ship it right back out again as soon as we receive the package back in our warehouse. The post office usually takes about 3-5 business days to actually process the return, and then a few days to send it back to us. Please allow 10 business days for us to receive it from the date that the tracking status shows it is undeliverable and being returned.

MY ORDER NEVER ARRIVED, ITS BEEN MORE THAN 10 BUSINESS DAYS.

Please contact customer support and be sure to include your order number and your name.

GIVEAWAYS & ANNOUNCEMENTS

What are the requirements to win?

The Winner has to be a legal resident of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia and age 18 and older at the time of entry.

WHEN DO YOU ANNOUNCE THE WINNER?

Once the giveaway has ended we send all the entries to our sweepstakes administrator who conducts a computer random drawing. This process usually takes 2 business days before we receive the Winners Name. Once we receive the Winners name we announce it on our website, social media channels, and email newsletter.

HOW WILL I KNOW IF I AM A WINNER?

If you are selected as a potential winner in one of our Giveaways, our Administrator, we will contact you via the phone number and the email address you provided on your order/entry form. You will never be asked to provide a credit card or payment as a condition of a prize award.

We do not use social media to contact the winners of the Giveaways we offer on raversnaturals.com. If you feel that you have been contacted by someone impersonating Ravers Naturals, please contact us so our team can investigate.

Who chooses the winner and how is it done?

At the end of each contest we send all of our entries to a 3rd Party Sweepstakes Firm who conducts a random computerized drawing. Once we receive the drawing results from them we announce the winner on our website and social media platforms as well as contact the winner directly via email and phone.

Does the prize include airfare and hotel accommodations?

The giveaway prize does not include airfare or hotel accommodations.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

At this time, we will not be shipping internationally except for Canada. Please subscribe to our newsletter to learn when we will begin fulfilling international orders for our global raver community.

WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE CHARGED?

Your credit card will be charged at the time of processing your order. 

DO I HAVE TO PAY SALES TAX?

You are responsible for State Sales Tax that we are required to include for the State of Nevada.

I NEED A COPY OF MY RECEIPT/INVOICE.

Your order confirmation sent by email serves as your receipt or invoice. 

Returns & EXCHANGES

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

We apologize, but we are not able to accept returns due to the nature of health and wellness products. All sales are final once shipped and the tracking number has been sent to the email address on the order.

CAN I MAKE AN EXCHANGE?

Unfortunately, we do not exchange product(s).
